This is the grave of Samuel Crutchley, located in the churchyard of St James the Great, Longdon, Staffordshire. Samuel died in 1802.

As yet I have not been able to link Samuel or the others buried at Longdon to my own family tree. In the 1851 census my great, great, great, great grandfather William Crutchley stated he was born in Longdon, but I have not yet found documentary evidence to confirm his statement.
