This is a shop premises in Cheslyn Hay High Street, shown at the present time. This shop was once a grocery store owned by William Crutchley.

William Crutchley was born on 10th August 1822. He became a Methodist minister but had left his ministry some time before his death on 20th July 1894. William is buried at Broomhill Cemetary, Pye Green Road, Cannock.
